A Modern Coastal 3-bed town house with sea views 5 minutes to the beach near fashionable & historic Fremantle - the nearest coastal port/ resort to Perth. We are a couple seeking an exchange in England preferabley London or NW England. Dates and duration are open/ flexible.
Our home is a recently built two-storey, house with 3 bedrooms - 2 double, 1 single/ study (could be made into a double if required) - all with balconies.
The Master bedroom is en-suite with WIR and a sea-view balcony.
A large open plan living/ dining area opens into a private rear sun-terrace/ garden. Private garaged parking for 2 vehicles. All normal facilities including reverse-cycle air conditioning, Washing machine, Cooker/ Microwave, Digital TVs, CD/ DVD/ Video/ Stereos, Bicycles, Computers and Broadband Internet, Golf clubs.
No pets to look after.
A vehicle exchange is possible – a low mileage Hyundai Excel GTX and/ or if your feeling adventurous a Campervan and/ or 500cc motorbike.
Destination: Although we are looking for an exchange preferably between June-August 2010, we realise that that period is not popular for exchangers wishing to come to Australia.
We are therefore happy to make our house available for any period on a non-simultaneous exchange basis.
IE You may use our House for virtually any period - we will move to our second home during your stay.
Access to our 2-Bed country town second home can also be made available. This is located approx 250 kms South of Perth towards Albany/ Margaret River/ Esperance
THE SURROUNDINGS
We are walking distance to the beach, the local pub and shopping centre and 2 miles from the main Fremantle shopping tourist centre by local bus or car.
Fremantle is the nearest coastal Port/ Resort to Perth, full of heritage buildings and well located to be a base for your holiday on the west coast of Australia.
It is famous for its cafes, historic buildings, fishing boat harbour, marina and a relaxed cosmopolitan holiday atmosphere.
The magnificent surrounding beaches are ideal for surfing, swimming, sailing, scuba and all water sports, sea and also river fishing.
Marine World and Adventure World are both within 5 miles.
There is excellent shopping, wineries, restaurants etc in Fremantle and the city of Perth.
Excellent public transport although a car exchange is offered.
9 miles to Central Perth City (25 mins. train from Fremantle).
13 miles to Perth International Airport.

We are a married couple seeking a home exchange in the UK England preferably London or the North West area (eg Manchester/Liverpool/Cheshire)
Dates and duration flexible.
There are only two in our party - myself Trevor, a retired Civil Servant/Computer Consultant and my Australian wife Christine. I emigrated to Australia from England 15 years ago. We have had several successful exchanges and enjoy for example travel, music, walking swimming reading. |
