My name is Juanma and I'm a freelance web designer from Valencia (Spain).
I was in SF last summer for 3 weeks, specifically in Bernal Heights.. it's so nice!!! I was living 10 days with a family, then they went on holiday and I had to take care of their cats (could provide those references). I love SF :)
I want to go back this summer and my plan is to stay there from mid-June to the end of August. Now I'm looking for a home swap with someone from there. I have a little cozy and comfortable apartment in Sedavi, close to the center of Valencia (just 6 minutes by train). It's just 540 sq ft, but it's full equiped: 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 living-room with integrated kitchen, 1 study-room, clothes dryer, microwave, coffe maker, internet, AC...
I have found your ad and I'd like to know if you could be interested in an exchange with Valencia (Spain). Valencia is so nice as well :)

I'm 32 years old freelance web designer/developer, so I could work from everywhere.
I like internet, practice sports (swimming, running, cycling,...), take beers with friends and to travel, I have visited 24 countries so far.
My parents live just 45 kms from my home, so I could visit them the most of the Sundays to eat 'paella' :). My brother lives just 20 minutes from here so we could be together frequently.
I was in SF past summer for 3 weeks, specifically in Bernal Heights. It's so nice!! I could offer references from the family that I was living with.
I want to come back to SF :)
