| The charming Cole Valley neighborhood with gourmet restaurants, cafes, market, laundromat, gym and public transit is one block away. Golden Gate Park with free, beautiful gardens is two blocks away. The transit to downtown is 15 minutes on the light rail. The studio has a hardwood floor and a bay window which is over a small parking lot (sorry, not included) with views of the surrounding backyards. (There is one queen bed and a sofa with natural latex cushions. I can't get rid of the double bed entry.)

| I am a single, 49-year-old female in a stable long-term relationship with my boyfriend. I work at a nonprofit and volunteer to help the underprivileged.
